Cookie Policy

This page lists every cookie set by JeetCity Casino (kaizen360.co.uk), what each one does, who provides it, and how long it lasts. The list is the complete inventory: any cookie not listed here is one we do not use. The document is updated whenever a new cookie is added or an existing one changes purpose, and the date at the top tells you when it was last revised.

This Cookie Policy sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers the broader picture of how we handle personal information. If you only want to know what cookies are running, the inventory below has you covered. For the bigger context (legal basis, data sharing, your rights) head to the privacy policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. It usually contains a short identifier and a date, nothing more. When you return to the same site, the browser sends the cookie back so the site can pick up where you left off, count you as a returning visitor, or remember a setting you chose.

Cookies do not run code on your device, do not access files outside the browser, and cannot carry viruses. They do, however, allow tracking across sessions when the same site (or a third-party service used by that site) sets a persistent cookie, which is why privacy law treats them carefully.

There are two technical distinctions worth knowing about. First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting (kaizen360.co.uk in our case). Third-party cookies are set by services the website uses, such as Google Analytics. By lifetime, cookies are either session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept for a defined period, sometimes years).

Cookie categories on this site

Strictly necessary

These cookies make the site work. Without them, basic actions like remembering your cookie-banner choice, keeping a session active during a visit, or routing you through the security layer would fail. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under the GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive because they are essential to providing the service you requested.

Analytics

These cookies tell us how readers use the site: which articles get read, how long visitors stay, what device they use, where they came from. We use this data in aggregated, anonymous form to decide which content to expand and which sections need a rewrite. The data does not identify you personally, and we do not combine it with anything that would.

Functional

Preference-related cookies, such as language choice or layout preference. These are not strictly necessary, but they make the site behave the way you would expect on a return visit.

Affiliate / marketing

When you click through to a casino we have reviewed, the affiliate network for that operator sets a cookie to record the referral source. The cookie does not contain your personal information, only a click identifier. It is what makes the affiliate model possible; the funding mechanism behind the whole site is set out in our Affiliate Disclosure. We do not use these cookies to build a behavioural profile, target you with advertising on other websites, or sell information to ad networks.

Third-party services in detail

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which content on the site is useful and where readers come from. The configuration runs with IP anonymisation enabled, which means the last octet of your IP address is dropped before the data reaches Google's servers. We do not enable advertising features (remarketing, audience signals, demographics expansions) inside our GA4 property. To opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it, install the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides our content delivery network and protects the site against denial-of-service attacks and abusive bot traffic. The cookies it sets are technical and required for the security layer to work. Cloudflare does not use them for advertising. Their privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Affiliate networks

When you click through to a casino, the affiliate network used by that operator sets a tracking cookie. The networks we work with are mainstream iGaming affiliate platforms (Income Access, NetRefer, Soft2Bet's in-house program, and a handful of others depending on the operator). The cookie they set holds a click identifier and the source code that identifies JeetCity Casino as the referrer. It does not contain your name, email, or any other personal information from us, because we do not pass any to the network. Each network has its own privacy policy, which you can find by searching the network name; we link to the relevant policy from the destination casino page where applicable.

How to manage cookies in your browser

You can block, delete, or restrict cookies at any time using your browser's built-in settings. The instructions below cover the major desktop browsers; on mobile, the equivalent options are usually under Settings → Privacy.

Google Chrome

Open the menu (three dots, top right), then Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data, depending on Chrome version). You can block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, or remove specific cookies for individual sites. Chrome's full guide is at support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647.

Mozilla Firefox

Open the menu, then Settings → Privacy & Security. Firefox offers Standard, Strict, and Custom modes for content blocking, including cookie controls. The Custom mode lets you choose what to block and what to allow. Full instructions: support.mozilla.org/kb/cookies.

Apple Safari (macOS and iOS)

On macOS, Safari → Preferences → Privacy. You can block all cookies, prevent cross-site tracking (default on), and manage data on a per-site basis. On iOS, the equivalent controls are under Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security. Apple's documentation: support.apple.com/guide/safari/manage-cookies.

Microsoft Edge

Open the menu, then Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data. Edge offers Basic, Balanced, and Strict tracking-prevention modes. Documentation: support.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/delete-cookies.

On mobile devices

iOS Safari: Settings → Safari → Privacy & Security → Block All Cookies. Android Chrome: tap the menu, then Settings → Site settings → Cookies. Both let you switch off cookies entirely or just block third-party ones.

What happens if you block cookies

If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site may stop working: the cookie banner may keep reappearing, the security layer may slow down navigation, and the contact form may fail to submit. If you block analytics cookies, your visit will not appear in our statistics, but the site itself will work normally. If you block affiliate cookies, you will be able to read every review on the site as usual, but click-throughs to casinos may not be attributed to JeetCity Casino, which simply means we will not be paid commission for that referral. None of this affects the bonus or terms you will receive at the casino itself; that relationship is between you and the operator.

You can change your cookie choices at any time. The cookie banner will reappear if you clear your browser's cookies for our site, and you can also revoke consent through your browser settings. There is no penalty for choosing to limit cookies, and the site will not pester you about it on every page load.

Updates to this policy

We update this page when we add, remove, or change a cookie. The date at the top of the page tells you when it was last revised. Substantial changes (a new third-party service, for example) are flagged on the cookie banner so you can review and re-consent if you wish. For broader privacy questions or to exercise your data-protection rights, see the Privacy Policy or write to [email protected].
